Placement is free for your family. Here is exactly who pays, before you see a single name.

When a placement service costs you nothing, the community pays the fee when your person moves in. That is how this one works too, and Texas law says you get that in writing up front, so here it is: the community your person moves into pays us one month's rent, after a confirmed move-in. You pay nothing for placement. What you get is a shortlist a person verified on the phone, not a database printout, and a community never buys its way onto it.

The two things a database cannot tell you

Whether there is a bed

License records say a community is licensed for 48 residents. They do not say whether any of those 48 beds is free this month, at your person’s level of care. Only a phone call says that, and it has to be made again every week.

What it will actually cost

The advertised rate is the base rate. The number that surprises families is the care-level add-on, the community fee, and what triggers a rate increase six months in. Getting that in writing, before you sign, is most of the value here.

What we can tell you free

Everything on the public record: who is licensed, for what, for how many, and whether they are certified for memory care. That is the free directory, and you never have to pay us to use it.

Said plainly, because Texas law requires it and because you deserve it.
The community your person moves into pays our placement fee, one month's rent, after a confirmed move-in. Your family pays nothing for placement. No home health agency or hospice pays us anything, ever, and nothing is paid for a ranking or for visibility. Home health, hospice, and hospital-at-home listings in the directory are informational only and can never be paid placements. You can stop using this service at any time, without cause and without penalty. Erika’s private consulting, $250 per hour, is optional, separate, and never required for placement.

Separate and optional: an hour with Erika, $250 per hour

Private consult with Erika

An hour of Erika’s time, one on one, for the questions a placement does not cover: a second opinion on a community you already found, a residency agreement walked through with you in plain language, questions about a care plan that is not working, or a situation with no move in it yet. $250, paid up front, for one hour; more time is a new booking. Never required for placement.

Book a consult: call 346-546-5654Book a consult by emailPay for the hour, $250

Pays for one hour on a secure Stripe page; Erika aims to email you within one business day to set the time. The hour is sold by Erika Crossley as private consulting, not by the placement service, and it is plain-language guidance: Erika is not an attorney, a nurse, or a doctor. Her view of any community is the same whether or not that community pays our placement fee. Placement itself stays free for your family whether or not you ever book an hour.

Not ready to hire anyone. Just need to ask something.

That is a normal place to be. Ask the question, a person answers it, and nothing gets sold to you on the way out.

Your name, email, and phone are the only things stored, and they are used to answer you. Nothing is sold and nothing is shared with a provider unless you ask us to introduce you.
