Every other senior living site is free because someone else is paying for it.

When a placement service costs you nothing, the community pays them a commission when you move in. That is legal in Texas and it is also the whole reason the list you get back is the list it is. This one works the other way around: you pay, nobody else does, and there is no commission sitting behind any name on your shortlist.

The two things a database cannot tell you

Whether there is a bed

License records say a community is licensed for 48 residents. They do not say whether any of those 48 beds is free this month, at your person’s level of care. Only a phone call says that, and it has to be made again every week.

What it will actually cost

The advertised rate is the base rate. The number that surprises families is the care-level add-on, the community fee, and what triggers a rate increase six months in. Getting that in writing, before you sign, is most of the value here.

What we can tell you free

Everything on the public record: who is licensed, for what, for how many, and whether they are certified for memory care. That is the free directory, and you never have to pay us to use it.

Said plainly, because Texas law requires it and because you deserve it.
No senior living community, home health agency, or hospice pays us anything for a referral, a placement, a ranking, or visibility. Home health, hospice, and hospital-at-home listings in the directory are informational only and can never be paid placements. You can stop using this service at any time, without cause and without penalty.

Not ready to hire anyone. Just need to ask something.

That is a normal place to be. Ask the question, a person answers it, and nothing gets sold to you on the way out.

Your name, email, and phone are the only things stored, and they are used to answer you. Nothing is sold and nothing is shared with a provider unless you ask us to introduce you.
